We connected via email as well but we shipped your order right away and the tracking shows that there is a delay with USPS which is unfortunately out our control. As I mentioned earlier we will continue to track it. As it's showing it's on the way we can't do anything at the moment but if it is lost, stolen, etc... we will file a claim on your behalf. We have experienced delays with shipping with all carriers recently. I'm optimistic your order will arrive and apologize for the inconvenience. Once the orders leave our warehouse we are not responsible for delays, etc...but we always work with our customers.
